Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update

We recognise the increased uncertainty that Coronavirus (COVID-19) may be causing.  We would like to reassure you that the health and well-being of our colleagues, you our valued customer and the loved ones to whom you are sending flowers is our absolute priority.

In line with government guidance, the Floric flower shop is currently closed. The government are encouraging online retailers to continue to trade and therefore we are able to supply online orders for delivery across the UK. 

For your peace of mind, our courier partners will continue to deliver using a contact-free service and will only deliver orders where they feel it is safe to do so.

We request that you do NOT place any orders for delivery to hospitals or other NHS premises at this time. 

If you are delivering to business premises, please ensure that your recipient will be available to accept the order.  A large number of people are currently furloughed or working from home at this time. Please check before ordering as we will not accept any liability for non-delivery under these circumstances.

Finally, our courier partners are working extremely hard, under challenging conditions.  As a result, some deliveries are taking a little longer than usual to arrive.  Whilst we hope to deliver on the date that you have specified in your order, we are unable to guarantee the actual date of delivery.  We regret that we are unable to accept any complaints where your order is delivered either before or after the date you have specified in your order.
